Individual Psychotherapy

Individual therapy typically involves meeting once or twice weekly. We provide services to adults, adolescents, children and parents. Adult sessions aim to help people better understand themselves and their problems in order to cope with the demands of their daily lives. Child sessions are guided by a collaborative process to best address the child’s needs. The therapist, parent or care provider and child function as a team working toward healing both at home and in the therapy room. The center may also provide parent guidance to support therapeutic goals at home.
